Behind the scenes

How this year’s holiday pictures came to be

The original vision for the photoshoot—how did we do?
Ian Scotch-taping some clouds on strings to our ceiling while Cindy was setting up the camera
Cindy fluffing a cloud. Not pictured: the rest of the furniture that usually occupies the space scattered around the apartment
Ian as a shocked Rudolph. The red nose ended up not working out for the final picutre, but know that it exists!

Our apartment & the backdrop weren’t quite big enough for the full card picture—you can see the edges—so we used Photoshop AI to fill in the rest for the final product!
